How much should a staffing coordinator for a nursing department get paid?

I am a staffing coordinator for a nursing and rehab center. I feel like i am under paid!!! I receive positive feedback... have the facilities staffing running smoothly!

It all depends on the cost of living in your region. If you are in San Francisco or New York City area, you should make top dollar. If you are in a low cost of living area your salary will reflect this.
