I'm not sure about dermatology, but healthcare is a very good field to get into right now, and will be for a long time.
Getting into a nursing program would be a great way to go. There is a very high demand for nurses, and very good salaries as well.
This program will take longer than 6 months, I think it is a two year program. Taking the faster route out is not always the best option, the more education you have the higher your salary will be.

colleges differ from one to the next...you're better off getting your general ed classes out of the way so you can get a degree that you can fall back on...then if your still set on becoming a dermatologist you can work with your counelor to help you transfer to the best college for your major

well you're not going to be a dermatologist, not in six months, and not by going to community college.

Why don't you contact your local College and speak with a guidance councilor and they can assist you in the classes that you will need to take in order to become a Dermatologist.
Good luck to you
