Check with your community colleges or ask the Medical Office Assistant the next time you go to the doctor's office. Usually it's a 10 month programme with a 2 month job experience placement.

A medical vocation is always worth considering, from nurses and surgeons right down to hospital cleaning personnel. However if it turns out that this career is not for you, check out the site below which shows you how to earn cash from Google. I've been doing it for three months now and just left my daytime job last week!!

Usually not that much. Typically you only need to be a high school grad. Some technical colleges may require high school biology and perhaps chemistry. The program is typically a short technical based program. The college below requires an entrance exam. http://www.reevescollege.ab.ca/medical-office-assistant.cfm Your best bet is to call all of the local schools that you are interested in. They may each have different requirements. Some programs may be slightly longer or shorter, or have different requirements. Good luck!
