I would rewrite the objective so that you are not redundant (customer service skills in a customer service job--kinda "duh"). Its hard to pick out your work history (dates there?) and where you worked. I would clearly list each job and the dates you worked there (in order), your title and then list the skills bullets as you have done (1.2002 to 3.2003 Starbucks Barista then bullets. People reading this want to hit a clear highlighted picture of your employment. Also dates on your education & highest education (University?? ) first then high school. Any degree earned or is it a bachelor's in progress???

Your objective's wording is a little off. Other than that, not bad at all. And I am sure you omitted your personal contact info on purpose on here, just don't forget it on the real thing. :)
