Where can i find an employment recruiter?
Asked by Dovegrl357
I am looking for an employment recruiter who can help place me in a career as either a legal secretary or entry level paralegal. I have a B.S. in legal studies and over 10 years work experience. Serious responses only please. No spam, or work at home opportunities either. Thank you

Best Answer:
Type "legal staffing" into google. Use your city name to narrow it down. There are tons. Register with staffing agencies that specialize. That's not going to be enough though. You'll also have to look for jobs and submit resumes on your own, like everyone else. Good luck!

Contact your state bar and get the names of recruiters specializing in the legal field. Don't hold your breath. The economy is in the tank and since headhunters are paid by companies, not individuals, many are nearly bankrupt-in all industries. Your best bet would be to start networking, like through your local Chamber of Commerce and go out and find a job the old fashioned way--pound the pavement. In this economy, you HAVE to work 10 times as hard to get 1/2 the results. Good luck

Unfortunately, it is their job to find you. Try going to a few job fairs.
