Recruitment.
I left being a store manager and ended up working as a retail recruitment agency consultant.
I had to head hunt candidates for retail manager jobs and call shops and try and poach there managers - all good fun - but i wasn't very good at it!
Because of your retail mngmt experience you should get something like this easy.
