As stated what type of career and wage should i expect if i major in business management and minor in hospitality?

Hotel management is a possibility. It would depend upon what state and country as to wage. And since the economies are doing poorly, travel is down causing layoffs in this area like all the others. You should probably take anything related to your interests for now to get experience and continue your education if you can. Hopefully things will be better job-wise in a year or two.
