Need to find a new job. After 20+ years as a production worker.?

I'm 46 and had very little college,a long time ago.but I have a little supervisor skill.

So what is it you want to do? Tired of production is fine but what direction do you want to go in? Best thing to do (and I have done it) is go back to school finally got my BSBA at 50 years old started back when I was 17

did u get laid off? sometimes there are govt. programs that will help you learn a new vocation. if u have a public library where u live, go there and ask the reference librarian for help finding career counseling or vocational counseling (preferably free). lots of people go to the library for this purpose so don't feel weird about it.
