Nursing..........CNA to STNA???????

Ok I live in Ohio, I took the Nurse Aide course in Michigan because I was severely mislead, I passes the course in Michigan but haven't taken the state test yet. Does anyone know if I can call some place here in Ohio and do their state test instead? I want to work here in OH..Or can it be switched over?? HELP!!

You can take your STNA at your local career center and take it as a night class.
Most nursing homes have a class as well for this.
