What does quality based sales versus price based sales mean?

If I'm applying for a job that asks, "Do you have experience in quality-based sales as opposed to price-based sales?" what does that mean?

It means that you know how to sell a product that costs considerably more than the competition. They want you to sell based on the quality of the product, not the cheap price!
