Where can I find an employer that will hire me and train me to be an IT Specialist?

I'm very good with computers I just don't have any certificates although I am in the process of getting them I'm running low on money is there any employers that help train you for the position?

No, they expect candidates to have degrees before hiring them. However it is possible they might hire you as assistant or intern. Your best bet is to visit your school's counselor and ask them for assistance.
