Should I get a Quality minor or a Business minor?

I'm going to graduate with a Manufacturing Engineering degree. Just kind of on the wall about the minor.

Depends on what sort of options that you are looking for in a career. If you minor in business, you'll be able to look for crossover type roles in fields such as financial services, consulting, etc. Quality sounds quite in synch with engineering, and would probably further enhance career opportunities in engineering or perhaps manufacturing.
