Is this a good objective statement for a Resume?

---->Objective: To utilize my knowledge and gain experience as a Dental Receptionist.<----- This is for a Dental Receptionist job, I just finished a dental admin course and have not worked in the field yet, any comments or suggestions are appreciated!

Hello, My advice would be that you want to let the employer know what you can do for them, not what you hope to gain from them. Currently, your objective states what you hope to gain. You need to sell yourself in the objective statement. Why should they hire you? What can you do for them? Check out the link I included, it offers specific examples. Good luck with your job search!

My Suggestion would be To utilize my knowledge in a company where I can gain experience and grow from within. or To utilize my educational background to further the company's needs.
