Career Questions and Answers

Deuce A
What and where are the best job opportunities in America right now?
Asked by Deuce A
I know there is good work in coal mining starting at like 60,000 a year. A little dangerous for my taste though, and bad for the planet. What are jobs you can get with just a high school diploma or GED? I want to save up some money before i start college, make some money then peace out. which jobs have the most openings or opportunities? Im interested in alternative energy and the environment, but im willing to conform temporarily, just in order to get started so i can do something good.

Unlike the previous answer, working online at home is NOT the answer! If you have to pay for it or pay a fee, it's a scam so don't fall for it. There aren't many jobs that pay well. Waiting tables, working retail or a call center is your best bet. Check with the unemployment office and your local paper help wanted ads first. Maybe going to a technical college or something would be a good place to start. If you are planning on going to college you should speak to an admissions adviser to see what careers are available in your area of interest. Good Luck!
