What exactly do they mean by admin systems?

I am applying for an administration role and they are asking for someone with experience of admin systems. I've come across this requirement a few times and I'm never 100% sure what it means.

Admin systems is anything you use to make your job easier, even down to filing cabinets! It also includes how you store different types of documents on the computer ie you'll have different files set up for particular types of document. It could also include diaries, both paper and computerised, and "bring forward" systems, where you'll have a cabinet with a slot for each day of the month and put documents in the slot for which day later in the month it needs to be dealt with. administrative systems are those that help with administration in general. examples ms packages word excel ect. databases spreadsheets any systems that help organise the work.

A prospective administrator will be required to have some experience with the computer system he or she is expected to manage. In some cases, candidates are expected to possess industry certifications such as the Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, Red Hat RHCE, Novell CNA, CNE, Cisco CCNA or CompTIA's A+ or Network+, Sun Certified SCNA, Linux Professional Institute among others... The sysadmin is on call when a computer system goes down or malfunctions, and must be able to quickly and correctly diagnose what is wrong and how best to fix it.
