Where can I find simplified OSHA regulations as they apply to welding?
Asked by yikes12345
I have the link to the OSHA website and have found the section on welding, however it's a bunch of technical jargon that I don't really understand. Is there somewhere that breaks that down into layman's terms I can actually understand?

Nothing on OSHA's website is that easy. Possibly an E-tool. They do have em on their site, but only for certain industries. Unfortunatley, all the standards are very wordy and somewhat subject to interpretation. I would call your local OSHA office...click on your state on OSHA's home page and get local phone # Ultimatley, it is up to the employer to provide training, personal protective equipment and whatever else it takes to protect the employee.
