Wow, I really can't stand this resume. It is simultaneously vague and overly specific, full of laundry lists of disjoint items, it give me no feel at all of who you are and what you are really capable of doing. Please avoid the buzzwords. Nobody knows what YOU mean when you list "Administrative culture" as one of your qualifications. Write something that is more of a narrative that give me an idea of what you are looking for and what are your strengths. Demostrate to me that you can write in complete, coherent sentences that actually say something.

It is long. The Commerce Bank job description can be less. They are more interested in more recent experience. Shorten the qualifications--pick the most significant for the job to which you are applying. Also, be careful about job hopping. It appears that you are young, but try not to move every 3 years as in more responsible positions a company does not want to develop an employee so that they walk out the door. You will want to revise your resume for the specific job. Use some of the wording they use in the advertisement as that is what they are seeking. If they want a go getter--be highly motivated go getter.....if they need a manager, list what you managed. When scanning alot of resumes you tend to zero in on kew phrases. If I am applying for a job as a credit manager I put: Experienced Credit Manager seeking opportunity where ability to decrease DSO while maintaining customer satisfaction can be achieved. That shows them that I am a credit manager, I know the job and my goals are to help their business. That is what it is all about, isn't it?

Why do you have so many big words? It seems like you are trying to apply for some huge life business job. Cut out all the big word BS and just post the duties, dates and locations of you past jobs! Simple!
