Has anyone ever been through the Macy's Store Management Executive Development Program?

Was it a good experience? Does it allow for future vertical advancement? How long does it last? What's the pay like? Thank you! Oh you follow the stocks do you? Fancy yourself quite the financial wizard do you? Well if you knew anything about the market right now you'd know that virtually EVERY company's stock is taking a hit because of the economy, except McDonald's. So does that mean I should pursue a career with McD's?? I'M GOOD THANKS. But thank you so much for the great advice.
