How can I get a pastry chef degree online?
Asked by Pickles! Oh, Lord. Pickles!
Is there any possible way to become a pastry chef online? I really want to, but I have three kids (two of them are infants) and I have no time to stop the mommy thing to actually "go to school" I could do it from home, if there is a way to do that. Any tips?

I've not heard of such a thing, but I can suggest that you contact the major culinary schools to see if they offer streaming videos of their courses.

Online you can learn the Mommy arts of cake decorating.
Get a part time job in local bakery or supermarket bakery.
Before you spend your money make sure you can handle the hours, heat and general stench that is commercial baking.
The food industry can be rewarding, but it is a tough business where the family often comes in second to last minute deadlines and huge holiday production.
Good Luck! It's a great job if you are cut out for it!
