what is included in general office work? What is considered keyboarding...is it just the skills someone has in typing?

Keyboarding is the new name for typing. After all, typewriters have disappeared. We all use keyboards now. You need to be OK with Word and some Excel skills would be good. You need to know the alphabet (in order) and be able to add two single digit numbers in your head.
