How can I get good sales people to work for my company across the entire US?

I am just wondering how I can get really good sales people to work for my company that needs seasoned sales people in almost every state in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. This position is going to have the ability for there to be territory managers and then the employees working underneath them. How can I do such a mass hire? And get good salesman, really good salesman!

You need to create a company that people WANT to work for, selling a good product.
