i need to interview a chef for a school project. what would be some good questions to ask?

perhaps you could ask him where he studied? How long does it take to become a master chef? as today the economy is getting really tough,and many can not afford college or a culinary school what suggestions would you give someone whom takes a differnt path? in getting there foot in the door in the culinary field? or what is the best advice you could give someone whom is interested in cooking.! hope this helps..this sounds so intersting meeting a chef and having the opportunity to ask him questions.. would really be intersted in knowing how things went for you on this day..
