Best Answer:
1. Why do you want to work with children?
2. Why do you want to work for our company?
3. How do you deal with a sitution if a child tells you something in confidence, how would you deal with that confidentiality?
4. How patient are you?
5. Tell me abit about yourself? ( I personally would just say everything that was in the job description, for example if the job description says there looking for a enthusisatic, bubbly outgoing person - Your response would be i'm an outgoing person, with a bubbly personality EG.) If that makes any sense..
Also you can go for practice interviews with people who can get you prepared for this. Depending on your age, either contact Job centre or Connexions.
Good Luck.

I've been on several interviews like this. I worked in childcare for about 5 years. But, they might ask questions like do you drink alchohol? Have you worked with children with disabilities or with ADD/ ADHD etc. Or they might ask you about your experience with children. Or what to do about a complaining parent.

I think they would probably ask you about your experiences with children and life support technology.
they would probably ask you how you handle emergent situations.
How are you with children and verify that you have no offenses against children.
good luck.

They will want to know if you have any relevant experience related to the position. They might ask you how the skills from your previous jobs can be used in the job you are applying for. Additionally, your personality will be very important to success in this position, so they want to know the kind of person you are. You should expect to be asked mutiple questions about your personality traits. The interviewer might also give you some behavioral and situational questions by asking you to explain how you would resolve a hypothetical problem.
