It all depends on were you live, for were I live you have to be at least 14 to get a job at a grocery store bagging groceries. But some places may take someone your age with a parents consent. If your not able to find a job because of your age then try babysitting or little jobs like that. Good luck.

Firstly, learn to spell. It helps on job apps.
Secondly, lemonade stand. It's the best business starter.

Um...it depends on what state you live in. In some states 13 YOs can work at places like grocery stores and some regular stores. You could also get a job filing papers in an office, or doing a newspaper route before school. BUT other states teens are not allowed to work at most places until they are 15/16.

babysitting, mowing lawns this summer. It's actually good money if you set your price. Check the going rate in your area from your parents.

do NOT do a newspaper carrying job. 90% of jobs like that usually rip young people off such as yourself. they pay low wages like 40$ every 2 weeks or so.

babysitting is prob. the best. im not gonna work until im 16. already got it planned out. wen i turn 16, im workin with my dad at his liquor store. not at the register, but just cleaning the bottles and organizing. then wen im 18, i get behind the counte,r that way he doesnt have to hire a few idiot drunks that dont no how to do their jobs. def. go for babysitting, and learn how to spell (counselor, interested)

yeah you should try babysitting. because you're too young for anything else. plus you don't wanna anything to distract you from school. you probably still have all high school left.

Social Studies? You mean History? Social Studies sounds too much like Socialism. Socialism is a bad thing in case you didn't know. When it comes to jobs, It depends on which state you live. In Pennsylvania you have to be 15 to be able to work. I'm not sure what other states are like, but I don't think there are a whole lot of jobs open to you. With the government taking more than half of your paycheck, you'd probably be better off selling Lemonade in your neighborhood? Hope this helps.
