My husband just got recently fired he's a maintenance tech at an apartment complex. He got fired because he didn't answer the beeper but the company did not pay the bill can they fire him over that is my first question im from Arkansas. My second question is that they discriminated him because he has a bad back they pushed and pushed him can he sue over that? They knew in the beginning that he had a bad back from day one. They did a whole bunch of other things as well do you think that he would have a case

Extremely unlikely that he has a case. And if he did, how's he gonna collect? Do the owners own that bldg outright or are they caught in a mortgage situation? Quite likely they were looking for an excuse to let him go for economic reasons and needed an excuse which would keep him from collecting unemployment so that their insurance rates would not go up. "At will employment." Anybody can be fired at any time for any reason or no reason at all.
