What kind of misdemenor convictions will keep me from getting a job at WalMart?

I just got offered a job at WalMart, pending drug screen and background check. My drug screen came back fine and I'm just waiting on the background check. I have a misdemenor marijuana possession and was wondering if this is gonna hurt me?

Theft, fraud, drugs, or violent crimes... being you got a drug charge, most likely but i guess it all depends on the hirer

It shouldn't, the clean drug test will cancel that out. Now if it was burglary or a felony it could be different, but don't worry. I'm sure there's someone that's done a whole lot worse that has gotten hired at WalMart.

No, I doubt you have anything to worry about....as long as your not selling contaminated perfume that makes ppl pass out at Walmart's parking lots.
