How to get in the Oil & Gas engineering field?

How to get in the Oil & Gas engineering field? I'm an electrical engineer with a master's degree in EE, and I'm very much interested in getting in the Oil & Gas field. I live in Windsor, ON and I'm unable to find an entry level job to get in this field. Please help or suggest what should i do?
