Easy Ten Points Apprenticeships?

Hey guys i live in a small country town(20,000 people) in Australia I was thinking about leaving this year (Year 10) There is a coal mine nearby with apprenticeships but most of them are electronics or welding and im not real good with the soldering iron. i dunno about welding tho, wat does it take? my actual question is though wat type of apprenticeships can i get?

Dylan Simple solution; contact them and ask if you could have a tour to look at each job in more detail. Electronics is not actually about being good with a soldering iron anymore and welding comes in many differing types; maybe arc, gas tungsten arc welding and many more; it is technical these days and goes way beyond just joining two pieces of Steel together; see here for more on welding: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Welding Good luck, becoming an experienced welder will open many doors for you over the years.
