How about working part time while going to school? Research a little about what school you want to go to, the costs of going (tuition and books, fees etc) and how long it will take you to finish what you want. It sounds like you have a good start, and understanding about what it will take. Make a plan. Tuition is paid usually every three or four months. Remember your rent and bills, food, and what not. I wouldn't advise living off your cards since they have zero balances on them. Working part time may allow you to have a little cushion, spending money, and just in case money for unexpected things (like a flat tire).

Nowadays, it is hard to find a job. If you quit your job, how long $60,000 can last you without holding a job.
Why not try taking part time degree course?
You can work and study at the same time.

Try generating your cash with Google like I do. Any person with a job has the ability to do it to add to their wages, or you can even do it full time in place of a regular career. Check out http://gimyhepr.patatabrava.cat for a no-risk trial.

I like the idea of working while you go back to school. I don't know what average pay range is where you live, but where I am from $50,000-$60,000/yr is a great paycheck. Also, the fact that you have been able to save $30,000 a year for the last two years is a major feat no matter where you live! But it really comes down to if you are happy in what you are doing or not. I feel like I make decent money, but I am about to go back to school (while continuing to work) because I want to do what I love. The money will be about the same but the hours are better and I think I would enjoy it more.
It all just depends on you. Many schools offer distance education, online education, part-time classes, etc. Try one of those options before quitting your job altogether. Jobs are VERY hard to come by right now.
