This does not mean you are hired. This means that you had the minimal requirement for an interview and now they want to "check" you out in an interview. Good luck and dress accordingly.

You apply.
If you pass that stage, you get an interview.
If you pass that stage, you wait for your CRB (UK, but I asssume they run a police check on you in the USA) & health clearance (to makes sure you're ok to work with vulnerable people & you aren't going to give then anything nasty).
Assuming you pass all these, you get a start date & you start work.

Will you fit in with the other workers.
You can tell her upfront that the first 2 questions will be answered by YES.
