The position is for a clerical position at a store but it includes this phrase. What exactly does this mean?

You will literally hold keys. Whether it be keys to the sotre to open and close, keys to a vault, or just a key to a door.

A:
It means you likely would be in charge of either opening or closing the establishment or maybe both.
