Where can I find a construction job???(willing to move)?

I've been without a job for the pass 9 months(5 months if you count temp. jobs) I've done Pipeline construction work the past 3 years on and off. I know how to drive a forklift and other tools. ...........not out of the U.S.

Willing to move? Take a look at China. They are hiring for a multitude of construction projects however you may not be willing to travel that far.
