What type of skills would you have for a delivery driving position?

I am doing an application and I am trying to relate my skills toward the position, and it's for catering. Any help here?

Knowledge of the delivery zone, safe driving record, "people" skills and self-motivation to complete tasks in a timely, professional matter while essentially being your own boss.

Firstly,a good attatude to road use and safety with good driving habits and vehicle trouble shooting with a good knowledge of the streets and location of landmarks in the area.A clean and hygenic outlook and appearance with good hygene knowledge and polite manner would also be of help.these are the qualities i would be looking for.Clean smart appearance always.

No speeding tickets.
You own your own car (not a skill but it lets you apply at pizza shops).
Ability to show up on-time for work.
