All restaurants should really. You don't really need training to wait as such but more like get familiar with the food and drink. Hopefully they all do.

Waffle House. I had never been one before and they trained me. Most will. They have to train everyone who comes into the anyways because each restaurant does things differently from the rest so they have to train you in their ways for doing things.

Start with the large hotels in their buffet department. You will learn a lot and get a short cut to a great job in the restaurant world. The buffet wait staff will teach you the finer points of fine dining and then help you get a better job in the very high tipping fine dining restaurants. There are restaurants where the wait staff pays for the job!
