put that you have no job experience but are a quick learner and are flexible with your hours.put that you like working with people and believe you would be an asset to their company if hired.put that you are a hard worker etc and would appreciate the opportunity to become part of their team. add that because you have no experience that you will learn things the way they want you to do it and not the way a former employer liked things done.bosses appreciate that you will have no one elses bad habits.good luck
