Which establishment is best for a bartender to make tips?

I am an up and coming bartender in the Baltimore, MD area. What establishment should I work at to make good tips daily? Are hotels the money makers, or should I go with sports bars, nightclubs, or restaurants (Friday's, Red Lobster, etc)?

Best Answer:
"Fine Dining" pays the best. 2nd best is luxury hotels. Nightclubs are 3rd. Steakhouses and sports bars are pretty good and your best chance to get hired.
