Failed out of nursing school 2day...don't know what to do>?
Asked by R.I.P MJ...
Hi ppl, I failed out of nursing school, both clinical instructors failed me, so I automatically fail the theory portion, so I'm out. The worse thing about it is that I'm a senior and had only one semester to go...this really sucks..and now I have to start all over!!

You might have enough education to get a job as a practical nurse (assuming it was an RN you flunked) or long term care aide.

Tall to them - WHY did you fail?!
It's not a bad thing to fail. I know they are strict, but they are strict for a reason.
Calm down and talk to them. Think about what you want to do. What are your faults? Were you rushing? Did you not know enough? What?
Starting all over again isn't a problem - the more you know, the better of a nurse you'll be!

Sorry for your bad result. Maybe you can ask them if they will allow you to be readmitted. and if you do A work next time they could give you a passing grade.
Figure out why you failed, if the work is too hard for you you might step back a level become a LPN instead of RN or a CNA instead of LPN.
If you were goofing off you might take time to consider your goals and when you are ready to really try give it another shot. It might mean starting at a new school if they won't let you back in or starting the same school and redoing all the classes.

Transfer your credits to an LPN program, once you get a job, let the company pay for you to go back to a RN program. I know it sucks, but you might as well put all that hard work to good use. I'm sorry to hear that. At the same time life goes on. Keep it movin'. You'll be that much better as an RN!!!!!!!!!!!

OH NO! Really? Go talk to the person in charge of the whole program. Ask them if there is anything you can do to improve your grade.
Well if you have to then reapply for next year. Think of it this way, you will be better prepared next time. You will do better.
Sometimes people fail but they dont give up and do it again. Dont give up now. Try again. Many people fail out and have to repeat.
You will be able to get to know a whole new group of classmates.
Dont feel bad. This has happened to other people before. Just find out what you did wrong this semester and make sure next time you improve in those areas.

Seriously. . . how do you fail clinicals on the second day when you're a senior? You must have done something incredibly stupid / negligent / unsafe.
If you don't post details, we can't post help that will really be of any concrete use to you.
