What's an average hourly wage for a waitress or bartender in the capital?

I have recently been offered a job as a waitress who pours drinks in a newly opened restaurant - the only problem is, they don't know how much to pay me and asked me to find out. I know the minimum wage for someone my age is £4.77, but in the position I have been offered there will be no tips so I was hoping the pay isn't too terrible.

Ok sounds strange they tell you to find out they should know how much to pay you as I am sue they have other members of staff, how much do they pay them? Anyway for that kind of job is minimum wage or you could get paid like £5.75 -£6.00 for that kind of job. Hope I helped. Good luck in your new job.
