I have my 3rd Interview at Verizon Wireless Today. What should I expect?

This is the 3rd interview. I passed the Computer assement test already. Anybody have any clues?

I was just hired by Verizon. The third interview is a one on one interview with one of the managers. Be prepared to talk about your resume, work history, and education. My interviewee asked me: 1. Tell me about your customer service experience? 2. Tell me a time when you had tyo deal with an angry customer? 3. Tell me about a time you did not agree with your boss? 4. What are your greatest strengths? 5. What is your ideal work environment? I would definately prepare some questions for your interview. I asked a lot of questions about the company as a whole, and how it is doing in this economic crisis. I also had several questions about the specific job and its duties. Overall, it was pretty painless, and I finally got the job. Good luck.
