I worked at Wal-Mart for almost 4 years, and I had very good treatment. Manytimes I helped out in the back. There are a few different jobs that are available. Unloader - You would unload trucks, take merchandise out to the floor with carts and pallet jacks. Possibly moved rapped pallets with fork lifts. They will train you on all equipment and certify you. Instock Associate - Use a telson to make pick lists, take merchandise out of bins, take to the floor and stock shelves. Possibly use equipment to get pallets up and down off of the steel. Receiving Associate - Check in vendors and deliveries. Make sure counts are correct and contact other associates to get their merchandise.

Never work at Walmart unless it's a last resort. They treat their employees like trash.
