Are there any medical/assisted living facilities that have on-the-job training for CNA?

I am looking for CNA positions at facilities that will train and deduct the cost of training from your salary in Southern California. Is this a reality or just make-believe?

Best Answer:
I got my certificate that way (albeit in a different state). Your best bet is to call around and see if anyone offers paid training. They'll make you sign a contract saying you'll work for them (for a time) to offset their time and energy in training you.
