I like technical editing and graphic design. How do I combine them as a career?

I like technical editing (not so much writing) and graphic design. I would like tho how I could combine them as a career. Could a production editor be the title for this? Please help me clarify this guys!

You could easily do this if you just find the right website that does training. I did something similar when I worked for a company called element k a few years ago but they are based in India now.
