I have got 3.5 years of experience in Business development/Sales. I would like to switch over my career to Business Analyst domain. How can i proceed? What all ways should i equip? You need IT knowledge. Business analysts assess business needs such as workflows and data requirements for computer systems, but to do that, they need a good understanding of computers and software. An MIS degree would probably be your best bet.
