i recently passed my state test and finsished my program certification. Im looking for a decent paying job in columbus ohio that isnt a nursing home. any suggestions?

Try a hospital or a doctors office. You wont be doing as much bitch work and you'll more than likely learn A LOT more if you decide to continue your nursing.

I would advise you to visit http://www.choiceeldercare.org/caregivers/ - free caregiver coordination service. You can find a very well-paid position. Registration is free as well. Being a caregiver you can continue your nursing education.
