Can anyone give me the name of a summer job in which I can practice my Japanese?

I've been learning Japanese for two years. I'm fairly adept at listening and understanding, but haven't had enough practice speaking it yet. Does anyone know of a summer job I can get that might help me practice? DISCLAIMER:: There are NO Japanese restaurants in my area, so don't bother suggesting them.
