Melanie Lynn B
What exactly is a sales route driver?
Asked by Melanie Lynn B
Can you walk me thru a typical day/week? Thanks!

A:
Best Answer:
A person who delivers a company's product to stores within a particular area (route). Example products: Coke, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, etc. I am sure you have seen the trucks used to deliver these products at stores or on the highway traveling to the stores. Load vehicle with product. Drive to first store on the route. Unload product from truck and stock in store. Drive to next store on route. Keep repeating above procedure until all stores in the route have been visited and product stocked in all stores on delivery route. Drive back to warehouse. Repeat procedure listed above next day.
