Paul White
Where can I go to find aircraft mechanics? My company is hiring aircraft mechanics now!?
Asked by Paul White
L-3 Communications: Integrated Systems in Greenville, Texas is currently looking for aircraft mechanics. You must have an active security clearance, investigated within the past five years, and possess an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. L-3 Communications Integrated Systems (L-3/IS) is recognized internationally as a systems integration organization specializing in the modernization and maintenance of aircraft of all sizes, and the study, design, development, and integration of special-mission systems for military and commercial applications. L-3/IS is a growing, local company with great benefits. If you (or someone you know) is interested in applying for this position, please contact me at Paul.White1@L-3com.com for more information.

My brother works on Ft.Cambell, Ky's military base as an apache mechanic and has been looking for work elsewhere. I don't think he's looking for work in Texas though. I would put up ads in military cities. Since Obama will be bringing troops home, there will be less need for contracted civilian mechanics on bases.

Wichita KS has a bunch of laid off aircraft workers right now.
