i m from India looking for part time jobs but the problem is that i have no experience of working here in USA .what qualities do they want for the job. please help me in finding a job for me!

it really makes no difference if you are Indian, Chinese or anything else. start out with retail, grocery stores, fast food, things like that. being dependable, easy to train, friendly, good customer service. go to your local unemployment office and get job search help there. check the local sunday paper too. walmart, target, lowes, home depot. do not fall for those work at home online things, they are all scams!

First of all...your name is "bob" and you're and indian GIRL? Check online job boards, go to company websites and directly apply (always look for the "careers" section at the very bottom of their website)...check employment agencies, temporary agencies (they sometimes work into permanent jobs) and local newspapers.

Bob the indian girl huh? Well if you have the correct visa you can apply for any job. If not well then you are going to have to try to get some of your friends or family over there to give you a job.
