Are There Any Real Telecommute Jobs Out There That Are Hiring Right Now?

My mother recently passes and I have to care for my 4 year old brother. Its very hard to find a job to work around his schedule. I have a window of 5 hrs a day to work with during the day and I can also work at night from 8:30 until. If you know of any companies that are legit please let me know.
