Anyone know a female traffic controller in Sydney?

Thinking of getting my tickets to work as a traffic controller (Stop/slow) in Sydney. I've noticed lots of girls esp backpackers doing this. Is is a good job for the pay? How flexible is it? What kind of hours? Don't really want to fork out for the tickets if it's not worthwhile. Thanks!
